I agree with everything, but didn't want to scare people away the first month. Next month I plan on doing exactly what you are talking about doing. Expanding the word count, but the genres will be up to the partners on who wants to do what on that. I don't want to put limits on one person and expansions on another. Next month the word count will be whatever you guys vote on this month.
