2. I reached out to one of my spheres of influence - "fun for a cold February"  *Check1*

3. I want to be part of a quiet and WARM mob. (We've had days of temperatures in the teens and below.) I suggested quiet so I can listen to the birds chirp, the cat purr, and hear the snow and ice melt! So my chant, slogan, or expression would be
