Whatcha readin'?

I have just completed the Hush, Hush series by Becca Fitzpatrick as the final installlment 'Finale' was released on the 23rd of October. It is without a doubt the BEST book I have ever read. It's of the fantasy, thriller, romance genre, and is based around the biblical myth of fallen angels. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes Twilight, or any kind of Teen Fiction even remotely related to these genres. It's worth it. I also went to her signing in Leeds on Sunday to get my copies of the books signed, and found that she is one of the humblest people I have ever met. She deserves all the success in the world!

Now though, I'm re-reading Dark Visions by L.J.Smith - another teen fiction book - based on physic abilities in teenagers. This again is a very good read and really puts the message out there that everyone has the right to belong somewhere, even if its not quite where or what you expected.

Both of these books I would recommend to young people and adults alike. I think these kinds of books are really coming into their own, and the authors are doing a fantastic job. I hope my name is among them one day!
