Of course, all members use different metrics when deciding what star rating to give and each member's entitled to that opinion.

That said, as the system currently exists, any member can go back to a piece and use the Clear Rating link found in the same area where one submits their initial rating/review if they wish to clear their rating and submit a new rating based on changes to an item or a change of their own opinion of that item.
