I agree. Self-deadlines are wonderful things, but they can be hard to adhere, too, without accountability. When everyone around you is dismissing the work as a hobby or as something that can be done "whenever," it is easy to fall into that mindset yourself.

Are you setting daily goals in addition to the deadlines? And, since I'm coming to this conversation late, how's it going for you?
