Doesn't sound like block to me.

Look, the blinking cursor or the blank page can be very intimidating if you let it. The best way to defeat it is to just make a mark on the page. Remember to give yourself permission to write crap. It doesn't have to be perfect, it doesn't have to even be good, it just has to be... something.
