Well, I'd say, you're right, it sucks... really really!!

And I thought I was having a hard time today when I received this for one of my latest pieces:
"The Qualities in Women"   by Florence C.

A very interesting piece.
I do like how you attempted to portray each woman as a character trait, but I do feel that they got a bit muddied somewhere along the way.
Spelling and punctuation appears good and consistant throughout the piece.
Keep writing!

It is quite disappointing because she gives me a low rating, but nothing to work on except the "muddied" part. the piece is about (paid women) having a talk... well, can't really change the characters to please one reviewer, now, can I?

In your case, I don't know what to say because it is a bad review and you already know the text is good. Poor reviewer, putting himself in a big mess here!!
Maybe you can write to him and ask that he points you to a masterpiece in his port so that you can learn from his modeling a good writer. (this is the advice Antonio gave me when I was pissed at a 14 year old reviewer!!).
