The Rules

THIS IS AN ONGOING CONTEST. EVERY OTHER WEEK WILL HAVE A WINNER CHOSEN

ROUNDS BEGIN ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH AND RUN UNTIL THE 14TH OF THE MONTH AND THE 15TH OF THE MONTH TO THE 30TH OF THE MONTH

1. You must follow the prompt. three songs will be chosen by me. You can choose only one of them for your entry. you will use the music, not the words, of the songs to write poetry that also tells a story. For example,

2. Prompts will be announced by FRIDAY 8pm WDC TIME} and Winners announced by the following Thursday after the round has closed by 8pm WDC time.

3. Final entries must be posted by 11:59 PM ON THE DATE THE ROUND CLOSES, SO THE 14TH OR 30TH OF THE MONTH

54. You must say which song you used in your entry.

PROMPTS ARE LOCATED IN THE MESSAGE OF THE FORUM

FOR FIRST PLACE TO BE AWARDED, THERE MUST BE AT LEAST 3 ENTRIES

FOR SECOND PLACE TO BE AWARDED, THERE MUST BE AT LEAST 6 ENTRIES

FOR THIRD PLACE TO BE AWARDED, THERE MUST BE AT LEAST 10 ENTRIES

HONORABLE MENTIONS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE HOST AND CHALL NOT EXCEED A PRIZE OF GREATER THAN 5K GPS

Just a note: Winning status is subjective and does not mean that other works are less worthy. I only choose one piece each week that moves me, makes me feel, makes me believe. That doesn't mean that other works were less by any means. It is only indicative of my own emotions at the time of reading.

DONATIONS ARE ACCEPTED AND APPRECIATED BUT NOT REQUIRED

Donations will dictate the prizes given in each round.

Those donating 40k or more will receive a merit badge and a review of any one item in their portfolio.
