Little mouse is so little that he can read only one book per month but he is not so little in terms of reading choices anymore. In fact, this year, the little mouse has come of age and he is inviting you to his birthday-reading party. Like many great readers, he
cannot wait to recommend you some of his favorite coming-of-age books and make you a lifelong fan of those.

Activity runs from September 1st until September the 30th

Please sign up in the forum by stating which book(s) from the list are you going to read

You MUST choose 1 book from the reading list provided below, read and review it within a month of September

You can read and review more than one book from the list but this won't affect the prizes given at the end

All books need to be reviewed as WdC Product Review (see "Angel Product Reviews"

You don't need to post review on Amazon in order to participate in this activity

No other type of reviews will be accepted since I want to make this a complete WdC experience

I WON'T accept 1 sentence in every field as a complete review that says nothing (i.e. I really liked this book, I will check out other books by this author, this is my favorite book so far, and similar. You have to be detailed so that I can know that you've actually read a book

Little mouse was feeling generous this year so he decided to go extra mile for you and create his own signature MB. He promised to give it away to everyone who completes his birthday reading challenge successfully. And, of course, you will also receive his gratitude and love when you become a lifelong fan of a book(s) he recommended to you at his 21st birthday party.

This year Writing.Com is celebrating its 21st birthday and the little mouse thought the best way to celebrate the 21st birthday is to throw a party where everyone will get to read 1 (or more) coming-of-age books. But, before the party starts, he wanted to clarify what the 'coming-of-age' book genre means.

In genre studies, a coming-of-age story is a genre of literature, theatre, film, and video that focuses on the psychological and moral growth of a protagonist from youth to adulthood in which character change is important.
