Who knew that you could be like that
Saying that you cared and then take it back
I thought we would be there together
Who knew forever isn't forever
I never thought you could cause these tears
Who knew you could surface my fears
I sure never wanted you to fad away
Who knew you would never stay
Causing all of this pain
Who knew my heart would be slain
