Being lonely and How I deal with it
[Introduction]
Forever Keeping Bedtime In My Heart

Lately i have found myself tossing and turning for hours at night trying to get just a few winks in before getting up for a long day of work. I lie in the bed im issued thinking how much i really miss home. I want to come home from work to a hot dinner and a movie. I want to be able to spend time with the kids laughing, joking, and having fun with them. I want to tuck them in at night after reading them their bedtime story and hear them say i love you dad and goodnight. Then of course there is the wife! There was that one free moment we always seemed to share....BEDTIME! Lying in bed, snuggling, holding one another closely, feeling one another's warmth, and sleeping well. I have absolutely none of that right now! Im stuck in a room all by myself, no kids to play with or tuck in at night, no wife to hold, and what can i do about it? One thing and one thing only: I can use my bedtime memories to hear the children say goodnight, laugh, and joke as well as feel the wife's touch, warmth, and love. I can sleep well for a change simply by FOREVER KEEPIN BEDTIME IN MY HEART!
