Friday the Thirteenth
Friday the Thirteenth

Yesterday was Friday the Thirteenth at work. And it sure did live up to it weird day. At least it did for me at work. It was very, very busy at work yesterday. not as much as it was for the last couple of days aka Wednesday and Thursday. But it was when it came to paperwork that I need to do at the beginning of every day at that post. And once again it took me most of the first half of my shift to do it. That’s how busy it was at work yesterday.

In fact, it took me a little bit longer than it has for both Wednesday and Thursday. It took me almost three and a half hours to do them. That’s because of how busy it was. I had very little time to do that paperwork because of everything else that is happening there. At least I didn’t need to do an Incident Report during that time. Unfortunately, I still needed to do one. But it was in the second half of my shift yesterday. and it was the same as most of the others.

Normally, I’m not that much of a believer when it comes to Friday the Thirteenth. But after what happened to me at work yesterday, I’m starting to believe it. One thing after another that happened yesterday to me. And most of it was work-related. How busy it was and the length of time it took me to do my paperwork was just the beginning.

Actually, it was about half as busy as it was on Wednesday and Thursday. I was still on my feet way too much because of how busy it was. But most of that time was because of the paperwork. True, I did have to deal with how busy it was. And it was very, very busy. But it was the paperwork that kept me on my feet most of the time.

Today, I’m going to be at my normal post. At least it was my normal post. That’s because of the new changes in my work situation. Maybe I should call it my weekend post and my weekday post. That makes a lot more sense to me. Whatever I call it, I’m going back continue to write on my Water Wars scriptwriting project. I’m just not sure how I’m going to feel about doing it after the last three days.

I’m not sure where I left off with my first episode Scene Outline for this project without either going back into my blog entries or looking at my writing supplies. and I don’t have the time to do either one right now. but if I do remember correctly, I was about halfway through Act Two. In fact, I think that I had twenty more single paragraphs to finish that Act.

If that’s true, then I might be able to get that many done by the end of the weekend. I should be able to get a lot more of them done than that. But after the last three days, I will probably be lucky if I get ten of them written for each day aka Saturday and Sunday.

I hope to get about fifteen per day written. But a lot of that depends on how I feel when I get into work today. If I feel like I am right now, I may be lucky if I get ten done. I should be able to get at least that many of them written. But I’m not going to count on anything until it happens.
