It is a Good Day for Jessica Night

No, I didn’t get the title of this Blog entry wrong. My novel is still being called Jessica Strong. Jessica Night is just the name she used during her teen years. Since those Chapters are the only ones I was working on today for the second Outline of this novel, I decided to use ‘Night’ instead of ‘Strong’ in the title today.

Unfortunately, I only got the next five Chapters done on this Outline. Which is better than the number of Chapters I got done with my second Outline for my Wandita novel, but it’s still not as many as I was hoping that I would get done. Just like the novel I was working on today, I was hoping that I would get about ten of them done. Unfortunately, I only got a third of it done of my Wandita novel Outline done, and half of my Jessica Strong novel Outline done.

So, what’s next? I have thinking about that a lot lately, and I have come to the realization that there is no way I’m going to get even one of these Outlines, let alone them both, done by Thursday. Which is the deadline for the third Outlines. What can I do to finish them? The answer to that question is that I can’t. So, I have decided to update what I have gotten done so far, plus two more Chapters for my Wandita Outline, and start working on the third Outlines. Which I have decided to change too. How am I going to do that?

At first, I was going to just expand the second Outlines into the third one. I have decided to not do that. Instead I’m going to write whole new paragraphs for the third ones. Why have I decided to do this? Because the Chapter paragraphs in the second Outlines are too telling instead of showing. So, I’m going to be showing in the third Outlines. At least I hope that I will. Does that mean I’m going to be changing the second Outline to six lines, or the first and second Outlines to five-line paragraphs. I haven’t decided on that yet. Right now, the third Outlines will also be three-line Paragraphs. I’ll decide after I get the first sixteen Chapters of each one done whether I’m going to be re-writing them or not.
