Partially My Fault

About two hours before I went into work today I got a text that I would be working the main gate today. So, I didn’t take my laptop because I knew I wouldn’t be able to work on any of my writing today. Also, I knew that this Blog entry was going to be at least a half hour late today. I was wrong about both things because I could have taken my laptop in after all. Not only could I have done some of my writing, but I could have written and posted this Blog entry by midnight WDC time today. No, I wasn’t wrong about the main gate and my laptop, but I was wrong about me working there all day. I only worked there for three hours before I was sent to the west gate to finish my shift.

So, what does that mean about this weekend? It means that at least for Saturday I will be working on my Antagonist short stories. I’m about halfway done with the Jessica Strong Short Story. I am going to try to finish it before I go to sleep tonight. Don’t know if I’m going to be able to do that or not, but I’m going to try. I’ve got to try to do it. If I can I will devote all my Wandita Short Story to tomorrow at work. That’s if I’m allowed to write at work tomorrow. I should be at the west gate this weekend but after today I’m not sure about that. If not, then I will probably have to work on it all night again just so that I can enter this contest.

What about the rest of this weekend? That all depends on my work schedule too. If I can write my Wandita Short Story tomorrow as planned I should get it done. I had a lot of time to think about them both since I also forgot to take my cell phone to work. So, I wasn’t distracted from my writing by watching television shows or movies on it. That’s another reason why I think I’m partially at fault today with this Blog entry. If I can get it done I can still start my second Outlines for my novels. It also depends on how soon I can get it done or if I need to finish it overnight like the Jessica Strong Short Story. Whenever I get it done on Saturday or Sunday morning, I should be able to devote my Sunday to my Outlines.
