We're in section C5 Ladies and Gents and Billy Joel is going to entertain us this evening.
We're staying at the Westin because I've always wanted to stay there but the dang price was always out of my range. Virtual money has its advantages.

A little history before we hit Fenway Park and Billy Joel. It's going to be a blast.

I have to agree with you Lyn, A definite blast! I am also so glad you didn't keep us in Memphis another night. I was having nightmares about Elvis impersonators.... oh, I so don't want to remember it.
Today's concert is a refreshing change.... I am bound to know the words to most of his songs. I am looking forward to this.
Billy Joel I love Billy Joel. I have at least one of his albums. The one with Uptown girl on it... it was after he married Christy Brinkley.
Even his older stuff is great....

I have actually been to Boston before; I was 13 and it was a New England bus tour. It was the first big American city I got to see... and I found it dirty.... but then I was also from a small town in Northern Ontario. It was also 1980. I got my first taste of clam chowder (which I still love to this day). We had in it some market area... Quincy Market, I think. Quincy Market has been open to the public since August of 1826.

I know Lyn got us on some tour... but I decided to strike out on my own.... I'm like that. I headed for Boston's Public Garden. I was just interested in walking and exploring without a timetable.

I even got in to Legal /Sea Foods and had some Clam Chowder. It was supposed to be one of the best... and I would have to agree.
