The Quest for Home, Chapter #2

Falling down and down and down and down,
Swirling all around and 'round,
Seeing people, colors, things,
Seeing almost hope that sings.

Event Horizon is The Mist
"O, where are we in shady twist?"
No Up, nor Down, no walled-in sides
Each image past, so quickly glides.

At once together, but so far,
To touch or be beyond a star,
The darkling Mist, to see, yet not,
To know the hope that's been forgot.

The heroes hope beyond all hope
That one day soon, they'll no more grope
To find the love once snatched away,
Rejoined once more in Lasting Day!
