Guns are not my thing

July 2nd.... The Sunday News! This week there was another mass shooting..this time at a concert in a night club in Arkansas. What can be done to prevent these incidents?

         I just do not get this. I do not understand the gun culture. Carrying and firing a gun is inconceivable to me. I have never handled a gun. I have never had a need for a gun.I do not hunt. Sport shooting is a foreign concept. I cannot fathom committing a crime much less doing so with a loaded weapon. Not once have I felt the need to protect myself with a gun.

         What can be done to prevent gun violence? This is a loaded question. I have no knowledge, or experience of this topic. I do not feel qualified to give an opinion. Gun control is not simple, or entirely possible.There are legitimate purposes for guns. Not all owners are irresponsible.
