Come Dream With Me

Come dream with me,
throw your cap into the air,
empty the bucket of your fears,
and ignore the tawdry whispers
Of gossipmongers and their jeers.

Come dream with me,
together we will walk through the night
waring moonbeams as a charm,
at dawn we'll catch the gondola of light
and let it carry us
across the immense expanse
of interstellar space.

Come dream with me,
repress the doubts you always see,
and support the voice of your muse,
as it sings
