Not Quite Sunday News on Mother's Day
Saturday, May 14, 2017

The (not quite) Sunday News prompt for "30-Day Blogging Challenge ON HIATUS
Mother's Day is Sunday in the US, and these kids had some unfortunate things to say about what their parents did  . In honor of that, make us laugh and tell us something you might've said innocently about your folks when you were a kid that in retrospect maybe you shouldn't have said.

What unfortunate things did I say about my parents when I was a kid? That was a long time ago in another state. Indeed, it seems like "a long time ago in a galaxy far away" I probably did say some unfortunate things, but they didn't make any memory impression on my mind. If I did say anything like that it was probably about my mother or grandparents rather then my father. My parents were divorced, I was raised by my mother and her parents. As the oldest child, I seem to be the most effected by the divorce and what happened after my mother moved out of Blackwell with her boyfriend.

The "Blog City ~ Every Blogger's Paradise prompt for DAY 1157
Tell us about a time when someone said "I told you so!" in a positive manner.

I don't remember hearing
"I told you so!"
spoken
in a positive manner.

"I told you so!"
Was always the results
of doing something
that I proved couldn't be done
in a specific way,
but that could be accomplished
by taking
a different approach.
