Needs help getting up

Trains and opinions -
Derailments waiting to happen
Don't take your eyes off the track -
Stanza, line, metaphor, simile, and rhyme;
Fear a spider crawling up the spine of a muse;
Be yourself because you can't be anyone else without a mask;
Opinions, politics, and famous/infamous people make for strange bedfellows;
Catchphrases and other quotes make interesting blog entries and muse meditations.

"I wonder what it would be like to live in a world where it is always June." Lucy Maud Montgomery

What would it be like to live in a world or on a planet where June last forever? Hell! June in Las Vegas is hot and uncomfortable. There are triple digit temperatures and sometimes clouds. Clouds means high humidity which makes the 100 degrees feel like 110 degrees. I know I wouldn't like to deal with triple digit temperatures all year long. I sometimes have trouble dealing with them in the few months that I have to do it here in Las Vegas. Of course, if these temperatures were permanent then I suspect Las Vegas wouldn't even exist.
