My accidental new journal
While purging my recycle bin I erased my blog too-I do not know what happened. So this is the beginning of my new journal. I read for three hours and forty-five minutes today. Unfortunately, I did not get up early-sigh. I did finish my Three Prompts though. I emailed Tobber and asked her to review it. From what I saw there were just a few mistakes. I’m sure there are much more.
So I was feeling down, basically thinking my work is crap. But now I look at other’s stories and realize I am in just as good or a tier higher than the regular WdC members. Then I think of my community recognition. In light of that, I can’t be that bad. I also think that looking down on one’s self is part of the writing process. So to anyone in this-it is a phase-just ignore it and write on. Also remember to read-it is paramount. Keep your eyes on your dream. Keep at it no matter what! You’ll get there!
My mind is a lot more fun than my life. I looked up the author of Aragon who is now my age. His name is Christopher Paolini. His book was written when he was 14. He self-published it in 2001 and traveled the US promoting his book. It was soon discovered by some dude who re-published it in 2011 by a real publishing company.
Today has just zoomed by, maybe because I read so long.
I not sure I will, do the bard’s hall contest because It is comedy, and it tedious to do comedy for me. Then again, all writing is.
I may try the Cramp in the morning. It will take about two hours or so. But it counts as my writing time.
Chad just sent me a link to me about Burger King having human flesh in their food. He also said Starbucks uses sperm for cream. I do not know if that is true.
Tomorrow is Easter and more specifically the Easter service. It will consist of a musical and a brief message. I may not go.
I’m tired so I’ll wrap it up now. I’m off to call Chad.
