Prescription: Rest as Needed
The days of rest all meet a need
I really, firmly feel
For working hard in cause to heed
is ev'ry day quite real.

But bodies, minds aren't made to run
without a pause to break
For when we think the vict'ry's won,
fatigue our health will take.

So, stop to rest that you'll be strong
as live your days on Earth,
Then Joy will be your lasting song
and Life will show great worth!
