Kriya Pranayama
As a result of the purification of the mind through repeated episodes of Samadhi there is a clarification

of the feeling nature, and the apperception of the cosmic power that lies sleeping at the center of every

material form. This dormant power is the power which rest at the heart of the atom after the creation of the atom.

When it is intuitvely perceived, a portion of it begins to activate and moves through the body, untill the body

is brought to a high level vibration and is cleansed by this mighty cosmic fire. When one has this power awakened

within, then it is possible to stimulate the motion of it in the body of another who is receptive.

This can take place at the time of Kriya initiation and is accomplished as the one performing the initiation by

touching the devotees head or heart or by merely invading the energy field of the initiate with intentional thought

(distance is not a barrier) extending his realization that brings about a quickening... It is very important to live a sattvic

life and put into daily practice the Kriya Yoga instruction and consciously directing the flow of Prana (life force)

in the Sushumna...14 times everyday... It can be very harmful if a sattvic life style is not adopted and Kriya Pranayama

and meditation is not practiced after Kriya Yoga diksha...

This body is not me.
I am not limited by this body.
I am life without boundaries.
I have never been born,
and I have never died.

Look at the ocean and the sky filled with stars,
manifestations from my wondrous true mind.

Since before time, I have been free.
Birth and death are only doors through which we pass,
sacred thresholds on our journey.
Birth and death are a game of hide- and seek.

So laugh with me,
hold my hand,
let us say good-bye,
say good-bye, to meet again soon.

We meet today.
We will meet again tomorrow.
We will meet at the source every moment.
We meet each other in all forms of life.
