The Slime of the Earth
"And the Lord God formed man
of the slime of the Earth:
and breathed into his face
the breath of life, and man
became a living soul."
(Genesis 2:7)

"And God created man to his
own image; to the image of God
he created him; male and female
he created created them."
(Genesis 1:27)

"And Adam knew his wife:
who conceived and brought forth
Cain saying: I have gotten a man
through God.
And again she brought forth his
brother Abel. And Abel was a shepherd,
and Cain a husbandman...
Cain rose up against his brother Able
and slew him."
(Genesis 4:1-9)

"And the Lord said to him: No, it
shall not be so; but whosoever shall
kill Cain, shall be punished sevenfold.
And Lord put a mark upon Cain,
that whosoever found him should not
kill him.
And Cain went out from the face of the
Lord, and dwelt as a fugitive on the
earth, at the end of Eden.
And Cain Knew his wife(?),
and she conceived, and brought fourth
Henoch: and he built a city, and called
the name of his son Henoch."
(Genesis 4:15-17)

Where did Cain's wife come from?

"Adam also knew his wife again;
she brought forth a son,
and called his name Seth, saying:
God hath given me another seed,
for Abel whom Cain slew.
But to Seth also was born a son,
whom he called Enos;
this man began to call upon the
Lord." (Genesis 4:25-26)

Who was Seth's wife?

"And after that men began to
multiply upon the earth,
and daughters were born to them.
(There were no daughters before Seth?)
The sons of God seeing the daughters
of men, that they were fair,
took themselves wives of all they chose.
(Angels took human wives.)

And God said; My spirit shall not
remain in man forever, because he is flesh,
and his days shall be a
hundred and twenty years.
Now giants walked the earth in those days.
For after the sons of God
went into the daughters of men,
and they brought forth children,
these are the mighty men of old,
men of renown."
(Genesis 6:1-4)

"And god seeing the wickedness of men
was great on the earth...
(The men of renown were wicked?)
God said, I will destroy man...
But Noah found grace before the Lord.
And Noah was six hundred years old
when the waters of the flood
overflowed the earth...
(Men only lived a hundred and twenty years.
Was Noah a giant? Was Noah born from Angels?)
I will establish my covenant with thee,
and thou shall enter into the arch.+
(Genesis 6:5-8; 7:6)

Noah cursed his son Cham, because he
saw him naked and drunk and told his other
son Sem. Noah commanded Cham to be Sem's
slave.
The sons of Cham founded the Arab kingdoms.
You see where this is going?

Abraham was descendant from Sem.
Abraham had two sons, one by his slave girl
Agar, who he named Ismael.
And the other son was by his wife Sarah,
who he named Isaac.
The Egyptian slave girl and her son were
banished into the desert ..
Agar found a well of water and bought an
Egyptian wife for her son.
"And he was sojourner in the land of
Palestines many days."
(Genesis 21:34)

Ismael was a Palestinian?

Isaac had two sons: Esau and Jacob twins.
"And Abraham gave all his possessions to Isaac.
And to the children of his concubines he gave gifts."
(Abraham had prostitutes? Genesis 25:5-6)

"And Isaac besought the Lord for his wife,
was barren; and the Lord made Rebecca to conceive.
But the children struggled in her womb:
and she said: If it were to be so with me,
what need was there to conceive?
And the Lord said, "Two nations are in thy womb,
two peoples shall be divided out of thy womb,
and one people shall overcome the other,
and the elder shall serve the younger."
(Genesis 25:21-23)

Esau sold his birthright to lead the Jewish people
to Jacob for a bowl of pea soup.(?)
"And Jacob boiled a pottage;
to whom Esau, coming faint out of the field.
Said: Give me of this red pottage,
for I am exceeding faint.
And Jacob said to him: Sell me thy first birthright.
He answered: Lo I die, what will the first (born) birthright
avail me.
Jacob said: Swear therefore to me.
Esau swore to him, and sold his first birthright."
(Genesis 25:29-33)

People are being killed because of this.

I think I'll have some tasty Lentil soup.

Reflections~ My dad had me read Bible passages aloud ..
Maybe, he wanted me to be a Priest?
It had the opposite effect, but I'm still
reading it.... Silly, rabbit.
