The pain is a tool for the un-thinkable to discover what this silent void is composed of.

In these ephemeral days and years of our lifetime we may use what is uncomfortable and negative to assist in our ability to see as the unknown - to know without thought what lies within the un-conscious darkness.

Pain is God’s tool to help us let go of the personal, in favor of the eternal.

It is not a pleasant tool. It is a humble reminder of loss of control. We may witness and be aware of our own out-of-controlness in the impending darkness. It may come and take what it wants without argument, including basic rights like dignity.

And yet its gift is the clearest clarity, the most expansive freedom and the embrace of the deepest love.
