"Awareness" means knowledge or perception of a situation or fact.

Control is possible only when one has full AWARENESS of the Subject/object of control...

Along with understanding of its full strength.

Controlling 'Mind' depends on an individual perception; weather the mind is the object or subject.

Formula is:

Intellect over mind over matter.
