Writing/Blogging Prompt: If you were given the opportunity to rename the days of the week, what would you call Saturday and why? You can also choose any other day of the week except Sunday if you'd prefer to rename one of those. I've thought about this prompt all day. I can't come up with any better name for a Saturday, Sunday, or any other day of the week then those in calendar used by the Baha'i Faith. Each day of the week is named after an attribute of God. Here is a list of the names, with the English translation in parenthesis and the day that is renamed.

         Jamál (Beauty) – Sunday
         Kamál (Perfection) – Monday
         Fidál (Grace) – Tuesday
         ‘Idál (Justice) – Wednesday
         Istijlál (Majesty) – Thursday
         Istiqlál (Independence) – Friday
         Jalál (Glory) – Saturday
