Peaches
I arrived too late for peaches. Come Saturday ...I'll be ready.

me:

Went to Socrates Club. We ended up talking about my observations of Norway and Sweden. Socialism and community. How the Norwegians are NOT obsessed with the Breivik affair (dead bodies everywhere, Utøya).

Then ran into Dustin at the Dark Room where I bought a 4gb SD card for my camera. He's back in Missoula and working there.

Nice running into people on the by-and-by. A bit slower this time catching up but I'm getting there.

Not stressing...

...means letting go and taking it easy. I hope to be sorted out by end of September but intend to enjoy my visit in Montana in the mean time. Must set any anger or frustration aside as I can't waste my energy. Energy levels have been low for such a long time.

Back to a different life:

Reading, writing. I'm ready to do more of both. I'm afraid I snoozed too much in Costa Rica and travel in Scandinavia wasn't conducive to either. I'm back.

COSTA RICA EARTHQUAKE

Worse in 20 years. 7.6 centered in Guanacaste (in areas I've visited more than once). I've seen pictures of the damage. Very few deaths reported so far. I'll be in touch with friends.
