Went up Jumbo

So it finally hit 60 yesterday ...smack.

Rain this morning now a bit of sun before possible flakes tomorrow. Not in love with this weather.

Ah... but yesterday: went for a walk up the saddle of Mt. Jumbo with Tricia ...because she called. I rarely get out of town unless it's on a bus or a plane.

Celia (Celia Ferran), one of my fav performers, will be in Lawrence Kansas this Thursday the 28th and in Cedar Rapids Iowa May 28th. And I just found out today...

But back to yesterday... Yep. Lovely. Some small flowers in bloom, beautiful blue skies, snow along the paths (made a snowball).

And I want Tricia's camera. She has a Panasonic ZS6. She can get as close as 3 cm to her subject so that's close enough for most of what I want to do now.

I wrote down notes of my trip in my journal afterwards and if I'm smart I'll post here in my Nuture your Nature blog. If I'm smart...

Well, I just did: "Saddle of Mt. Jumbo and north" 
and a short one for Saturday's jaunt: "Into the North Hills April 23rd. " 

So not too blasé today. Weekend was okay. And no bad news...
