Making lists and calendars. Making time for oneself.
ME:

I need to make November lists...

1. a calendar of events so I don't miss the ones I really need to get to or will regret missing if I don't.

2. a list of things to do before I leave for Costa Rica (still not decided when).

3. a reassessment of NaNo goals and objectives... 30k may be as good as it gets if I buckle down.

4. time for promoting my writing; a list of writing objectives... with dates!

5. always time for writing... means getting up earlier.

An acknowledgement that there will be sacrifices. Some things must be cut out. And other things... like visiting WDC friends (if only for a few hours) need phone calls and/or emails NOW. Time is running out on my bus pass (Nov. 15th), flights to Costa Rica (by Dec. 10th).

So... followup on my contacts from the book festival is essential before folks forget who I am.

So many lists...

I'd like to live my life solely from the seat of my pants, but when I do I leave so much out. And there is so much to experience and do.
