An Inspiring beginning to Mercy

Mom and I attended the Feast of Mercy last night. At the Feast I word a group of haiku. The month of Mercy has begun on an inspiring note.

Love’s aroma wafts
Across the table of faith
The Feast of Mercy

Joy reverberates
Faith’s fingers stroke stings of Love
The Lord’s Supper

Individual
Is not the basic unit
Of society

I am unworthy
I cannot wait to become
Worthy of your love
