Emily did well.
ME:

It's always about me, isn't it? Even when you think it may be about someone else... it's always my point-of-view or my concern. Hard to get away from me.

EM: Not just ME spelled backwards, Em is the daughter of Iowegian Skye who just ran 16.3 in the hurdle shuttle at Drake in the Iowa state high school relays. The team didn't make the finals, but Em ran great. Mandy will be happy. *Delight*

Went with Em's dad and grand-parents. We stayed to see an awesome run in the 3,000 by Katie Flood. She ran in 9:27.25, breaking her old record by 15 seconds. She ran the fastest time in the country so far!

SO: Off to the store with Mandy. It's been a fabulous rainy day in Iowa.
