Getting ready to roll.

ME: I wrote at Facebook:

An appeal... looks like I'll have a gap between morning of the 19th in Peoria until the eve of the 22nd in Chicago... Any suggestions on where I can go... CHEAP? Back-up plan is Kansas and that's far-far away. St. Louis and Indy are much closer; Memphis, Ohio, Minnesota a tad further. "I'm free to the right family". LOL

That fairly much describes it! Des Moines (Mandy), Peoria (the Wrights) and hopefully Costa Rica for a couple weeks...

Other than being stressed out about all that, I trying to figure out which way to jump for a new cell phone. Have looked into HTC, but Palm Pre-Plus would be much cheaper (up-front and in the long-run). Does anyone have a Palm Pre-Plus? Does it provide internet for itself? for a computer? Is it reliable? My plan will be with Verizon.

Non-stressful news:

1. My mother has decided to fly to Seattle in September. This will be her first flight. She turned 88 on May 7th.
2. I'm eating cupcakes and am almost through all 16 varieties at Bernice's Bakery May-Nia. May have to buy the ones I haven't tried and take them on the road.
3. I've actually got some stuff ready and will need to make a list... just in case... but that's going well.
4. The weather is scheduled to improve the minute I leave town.
