No Rain Today

It didn't rain today, which is good because I had to pick up Mom's prescription. She actually had two at the pharmacy, but we could only afford one. This year her meds co-pay was raised, they doubled it so now we have to pay twice what we did last year.

Her co-pay was raised, but we didn't get a Social Security raise. Probably just as well because we would have foolish spent it on medication. All right, I'm not real happy at this point because I still have one prescription of my own to fill. I don't know if I'm going to have to pay more or not; I'll know that when I call the prescription in next week.

The cost of Mom's prescription emptied both our bank account, so we're not going anywhere this weekend. I have half a tank of gas and an appointment across town on Monday afternoon. The appointment in Henderson was rescheduled until the February 2. The only other thing I have to do next week is get my tag. It's due on Wednesday and my check comes in on Wednesday.
