I'm Counting the Days

I went in for the mammogram and ultrasound this afternoon. I won't know anything until next week. Next Tuesday or Wednesday, I have to pick up the x-rays because I have to take them with me on January 4, 2010. I'm worried, but there isn't anything I can do except pray.

I'm going to focus on housecleaning, writing and reviewing. I can't let myself worry about the possibilities. Worry does no good, it doesn't solve a problem and it only makes the situation worse. I have plenty to do, so I don't have to waste energy worrying. Right now, I need to focus on the stuff I can control and not what I can't control.
