Nine-oh-nine-oh-nine... meow, Zach, ;-}
"I should've been born a cat." KE

Since today is 09-09-09, an auspicious day thought up by a feline for sure, I thought I'd share that although I like dogs... and they like me... I'm really a cat person. *Shock* My first cat as a child was Tippy. As a teenager we had Frenchy. My Nebraska kitty was Greyface. And one of my all time favorites was Peaches, a six-pound three-legged wonder. *Delight*

"At least someone would've changed my litter."

Nine-oh-nine-oh-nine

cat tales haunt marsh memories
a fur swish wipes off grins
hid within old feline thoughts
through the many lives they live

today's another empty bowl
at the back-door's milky shrine
so down we go to the quick-stop, oh!
nine, oh
nine, oh
nine.

The above was inspired by and dedicated to Z.˚rz . Luv-ya, Zachy! *Smirk* I couldn't resist adding the clip that follows.

Watt's Gnus:

So nine is good in Chinese and bad in Japanese. For Bahá'ís it is a symbol of unity and is used in the design of a house of worship. The number of members of a Spiritual Assembly (like a board of elders) is also nine. My personal favorite number is two... as in both of me (my feline and canine sides}). *Rolleyes*

ME?

Got back late last night. Today I went to Sushi Hani for sushi... duh. It's Wednesday! Which may be self evident to lots of folks, but I woke up thinking it was Thursday.

Got to Butterfly Herbs, Fact and Fiction (Terry Brooks of Shannara fame gave a reading *Delight*), and now The Break. I'm baaaaack. For 10 days...
