Once in a dream of battles,
twice for a cup of tea,
a maid on a raft of rage,
swam for the edge of sea.

Flounder and cod and Lobster
met her where nightmare's end.
Chowder was there to guide her.
Oysters were her defence.

Thrice in a dream of saddles,
once by the Queen's decree,
a knave on a mystic mare
rode to the edge of sea.

Okay ... weird isn't it? The prompt was the rhythm XxxXxXx XxxXxX which became the words "once in a dream of cattles, twice in a cup of tea". I should say very weird. Once the rhythm was established it was just a matter of putting together a surrealistic nonsense rhyme, and then tweaking it.

I received my passport and Kansas i.d. today. This means I exist! First time in years ... And I can go visit a friend in Ontario too or Bugzy in B.C. . Now for my driver's license ...
