Mark barks:
BANG! Bang. bang ...
His voice trails off
to a mumble;
it's time to go,
clock out.
At 5 each day,
he bangs his drum's
percussive pout,
and then the hum
of trailing off
to home.

This is based on speech patterns that seem common around here among men. A loud 'punch' followed by mumbles. Drives me nuts.*Laugh*

ME:

Walked to my appointment. Missed the bus by a minute and the driver apparently didn't see me running. Well, moving fast ... if I run I get to wheezing and that is not good. So I had a pleasant walk; took me an hour.

I saw an almost new Hyundai Accent with the right sticker price yesterday ... transportation would be nice. I started putting down the costs on paper as to whether it is doable. Can't live in an Accent, so overall costs must be looked at.

Which is why an RV and a moped still must be considered.

Sssshhhhh ... don't tell anyone, but I'm not in the mood to blog ...*Frown*

WATT'S GNUS:

Well, Buffalo got it's championship. It ain't no S-ing Stanley Cup, but it'll do! *Smile* Over 18,000 loyal Bandit fans showed up for the game against Portland. From Day 1, lacrosse was a winner in Western New York. Lacrosse is played throughout the area on the college and high school level and has roots in traditional Native American games. Think of it as hockey on turf or field hockey with a stick and a basket held high. It is a brutally physical game.
