A happier birthday...

After yesterday's depressing entry (thanks for all the supportive comments), I thought we needed something a bit happier today. Well, today happens to be my third writing.com birthday!

Yes, it was three years ago today that, in an attempt to overcome the problems I'd been having signing up (I started trying around September 1), Artemismad managed to help me open an account. The fact that it was on September 11 just added that much delicious, coincidental irony to the event.

To celebrate, you could head over to "The Writer's Cramp"  and respond to the wonderfully creative prompt I posted just now. For anyone who isn't familiar with the Cramp, you have until noon tomorrow to write a story or poem to the wonderfully creative prompt.

But for now, it's back to work for me...
