Slackers.
Yup, I'm surrounded by slackers.

First off, I ranked #35 Public Reviewer for February earning me a Reviewing Merit Badge (good luck catching up to me now partyof5dj). Now I know there are oodles more people reviewing much more than me. The difference is making those reviews public vs private, I think.

I encourage you, if you don't already, to make your reviews public. Not only can you win a merit badge, but if people think your reviews are good enough, they'll send you GPs. It's a great way to earn them.

Plus, I enjoy reading the public review page because not only does it give me an idea on what's worth reading, but better my own reviewing techniques. A lot of people give excellent reviews. Reviewing others has also helped me edit my own writing.

It's a great way to give those you're reading more exposure as well, and we all could use more exposure of our writing.

Another reason I'm surrounded by slackers is I beat karabu in writing a 100 word drabble. HA! She now owes me 500 GPs!

Though it's exactly 100 words, I know it's rough yet. It took me all of 10 minutes to write, if that. You can read it at "Time Warped. I welcome any suggestions - public or private. I would like to write at least two more, but we'll see. I have more reviewing to do (though not here), and more writing. And reading. I admit I'm procrastinating a bit, but at least I wrote 100 words of a story! That's something.

And lastly, I wrote two entries today while most everyone else stuck to one. Sheesh, you all act as though you have a life outside of this place. What are you thinking?!
