I think it was the Twilight Zone that said something about X the Unknown in the opening monolog. There are many unknowns in my life, some unknowns I haven’t experienced yet and other unknowns are mysteries that I have questions about.

I experienced an unknown today that I hadn’t experienced before. We fixed a turkey in the microwave. Actually, just the drumsticks that were fixed in the microwave; the rest of the bird is in the refrigerator waiting to be nuked.

The turkey was 12 lbs. and wouldn’t fit in our microwave so my mother and I cut the bird up. We cut the drumsticks and the wings off. The rest of the bird we will cut in half, fix the breast in the microwave, and put the backbone in the slow cooker.
