M is for Monday, and Mindless
I looked quickly at the prompts for the daily contests, this one for flash fiction, a genre I'd like to master. Whoopee, I thought of something to write. Oops, the limit was only 300 words; I could do that. Oops, no resolution to the plot and only 13 words left. No matter, I finished it off shaking my head, not willing to devote any more time to it right then. Plugged it into my port and then to the contest. No problems.
Except that, as I hit the 'submit' key I glanced at the contest title. Flash Fiction. Oops, again. What I wrote wasn't fiction!
Here it is, a story about a scuba diving excursion, as the prompt required, that I took with my first husband Hank in 1994.
Molokini Green (E) A scuba trip not to be envied.
