Just wrapping up the evening before I'm off the computer till tomorrow eve or Friday.

Edited three poems for two contests. Accomplished something.

morning, 26 degrees. 34 in West Seneca, NY.

Spoke to my friend Gary McPike. Told him about stressing over this stress test I have tomorrow. I've made sure Kevin Wright knows and my cousin Carol Johnson knows. Reading VerySara's blog is freaky because she mentions not feeling well and having tests done a few days before she died. Tonight I'll make sure Diane Elder has Gare's, Kev's and Carol's phone numbers just in case and a couple of email addresses here as well. It's supposed to be a fairly routine test, a Thallium treadmill exercise to check out my heart.

Sometimes a poem is meant for just one person and if they receive it nothing else matters. Words can heal and create bonds as well as hurt and kill. Of course, they can just be funny, too. Yesterday I made a comment to Celeste Perkins and she 'spanked' me. We have an easy joking relationship. But, I couldn't help making the note for a title for a poem: 'Celestial love taps'. Hope I get around to writing it today!
