vespers, 63 degrees. 61 in Petal, MS.

Clicked wrong, hit the wrong key, whatever. Just lost two hours of work and the library closes soon. Lost the phrasing, the necessary word. I'm not happy.

sunny, pleasant afternoon, 67 degrees. 34 in Missoula, 30 in Buffalo.

Carol reports she only had a few inches of s*** in Grand Island, NY. Most of the area got a lot more. She said the driving south of Buffalo was horrible.

Weather in Missoula has been cold and snowy too. Grizzlies lost a home playoff football game today to Cal Poly. You'd think U MT would have had the weather advantage.

Here it is exquisite. Kansas beat Iowa State 24-21 in overtime and the goal posts went swimming once more. Only about 5 guys went in with the poles. What's up? There were over 30 in the water when Misery came to town and left wounded. Bunch of wusses. Just because its almost December is no excuse. Got pictures.

SENSED

Flags waving, stiff southern wind; bare trees; withered grass; crowd leaving, staying after KU tied the score; red and gold covering the south-east bleachers; tents; busses nose to tailpipe; yellow poles floating in Potter Lake.
