Feeling Loved
Last night after dinner, Tre stopped over to tell Mark and I about his trip to South Beach, FL. Being a single guy that thinks of nothing other than about females 24/7 you can imagine what most of the description was about.

Somehow our conversation left South Beach and led into a topic started by Tre. He asked the question, "what does it take from your significant other to let you know you are loved?" Since he asked the question he felt it was only right to be the first to answer it. His reply was simple...someone who has my back without any question. However, he also mentioned he has never been in a long term relationship. So when it happens I am not certain if his answer would remain the same.

Then it was my turn. I had never been asked this question so I sat there thinking for a few minutes. So many things popped in my head, but I couldn't think of one main thing to say. I started by saying it would be someone that I know is always there for me. Well, that only led into Mark making his comments which I was not in the mood for so I stopped talking about it. Yes, I was in one of my moods...gotta love us Cancer's! *Smile*

I haven't stopped thinking about it though. I don't think there is one main thing that would make me feel loved, it is all the little things. Someone who shows they care by their actions instead of jsut words...no, not just sex ya pervs. *Smile* Someone I know I can rely on in good or bad times...even if it isn't always at a convenient time for them. Someone who shows an honest interest in my life. Maybe some of those overlap, but you get the jist.
