Working Out
I have been working out with my mom for the last 6 months at a local Curves. You'd think I'd have a noticeable improvement, but I don't. About 6 weeks ago or so I completely changed my eating habits. I can't say I don't cheat every now and again, but they say not to deprive yourself...so I don't! *Smile* Oh, and yes I know I should have done this months ago, but I still have the teenage/young 20 something mentallity where skipping a meal or adding a little workout will make my stomach flat again. Just doesn't happen once you are a thiry something! *Frown*

Then about 1 1/2 weeks ago Mark and I decided to start walking after work...keep in mind I live in the north and as I look out my window today I see at least 8 inches of snow and the temp. read 9 degrees in my car as I drove in today. Once you are bundled and get a good pace going it isn't too bad though...really!! So with the few changes in the last 2 months my pants are fitting looser. YIPPEE!! However, there are only 3 months left until the weather will be or should be warm enough for shorts and soon after that bathing suit season. UGGHHH! So I am now considering adding pilates to my routine twice a week. I've heard within the first 3 weeks you will be able to see changes. Is this true?

I am not sure what else to do, but my goal is to have my bikini body back by this summer. To all you work out buff's...is this possible to do in three to four months?? I feel like I am living in a Cathy comic strip right now. Ya know how she would go trying on bathing suits and hate each one and turn to her donuts to make her feel better?? Okay, so I am not a donut person, but Taco Bell sure does the trick!!! *Bigsmile*
