Tax Update
I believe it was last Thursday H&R Block sent me an email with a survey to rate my experience with them. I was more than happy to complete it. They used a scale of 0 to 10 with 0 being the least happy with their services. Needless to say I rated nearly everything a 0...their office was clean and the individuals were nice, but 0's for everything else. They also had a comment section at the bottom, which I completed very honestly and checked the box which asked if they could contact me.

On Saturday I was on my way to meet a friend forlunch and received a call from the Regional Director for H&R Block...hmmm, go figure. She was very nice, apologized for my poor experience and listened to my story. She said she would have my returns pulled, have the branch manager review them and have a copy faxed to her for review. She had been a preparer for 6 years prior to moving to her current position and both her and her husband have always filed as self-employeed so she was very familiar with the forms.

After that call I felt much better and have more comfort in the possibility my taxes will be revised and I won't be owing nearly as much if any at all. HOPEFULLY!!!

I am still having my friends husband review them as well. Never hurts to get an outside opinion!! *Smile*
