things to think about
though life can be extreemly bleak there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

no one can ever be fully satified with themselves. for this is not the way of human nature. and if you were ever compleetly satified at some level of your being you would seize to grow further.

you will always want what you dont have but dont forget to count your blessings.

change begins with putting one foot in front of the other
