Prompt: What does the Bible say about rest?

God rested on the seventh day. Rest. When we are at rest and not working, we have time to pray and reflect on God as we talk to him and ask for guidance. Rest helps our bodies to relax as well as our minds. Rest is time for God and appreciate what we have and ask for God's help. Rest. We rejuvenate ourselves and our faith in God.
