July 1st 2024 - Ruminations

Well, it is July 1. The 3rd of 4 girls, my sister Kathy would have been 55 today. I cannot believe she has been gone 3 years now (in April 2021). My other two sisters and I try to keep up with each other more often since she passed.

Today I had a colonoscopy appt. The doctor seemed pleased and removed 3 more polyps. They were small and he didn't seem worried about them. I'm just glad it won't be for another 5-7 years before I have to do this again.

The only appointment I have for July is an eye appointment. Then I have a Urology appt in August and an ENT (ear, nose and throat) appt for some hearing loss in my left ear.

Here on WdC, I am working on Wild and Wonky submissions, Tour de Ports and finishing up Promptly Poetry. Talk about coming back with a bang!

I may work on my daughter's quilt. Will try to post a picture when it is finished (the top, anyway).

Getting late, and I'm gonna call it a night.
